The more details you can provide us about your question or problem, the easier it will be to assist you.
Please have the following information available when you contact Support:
- Your company name, contact person, telephone number.
- The product you are using (e.g. Meeting Room Manager, Visual Asset Manager, etc), the version number (e.g. 2004) and the service pack level. This information can be found if going under the Help menu > About.
- The problem you are experiencing. If possible, please include a description of the steps you are taking when the problem appears.
- If you get an error message, please include screenshots of the errors you get. This will help us to troubleshoot and solve your problem more quickly.
For the network versions please specify:
- The version of Windows you are running the software on (e.g. Windows 95, 2000, etc) together with the service pack level. This information can be obtained by right-clicking on the MyComputer icon > Properties > General
- The MS Access version you are using. This can be found by launching MS Access and from the Help menu > About.
For the web versions please specify:
- The OS version of the Web server
- The IIS version
- The Default Regional Settings of the Windows machine on Which IIS is running
- The OS version used for the Report server
- The MS Access version used for the Report server
