Technical Requirements
- The browser should be Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.x or later, Netscape Navigator 4.x, or AOL 5.0 or later.
- You need to have administrative privileges on the local machine in order to be able to install ActiveX controls. You need to have enabled the security option to download and install ActiveX controls.
- If prompted, choose 'Yes' on the following dialog box:
