Pay-Per-Incident

Technical Support is available to NetSimplicity software customers with expired Maintenance & Support contracts on a pay-per-incident support basis.

Pay-per-incident support requests are sent to our Support team and are given the same importance as our current Maintenance & Support customers. This pay-per-incident support is run through our e-commerce process and requires a credit card number. The cost for this support is $35 per incident*; your credit card will be charged upon your support request submission.

Once you have submitted a support request, a technical support specialist will contact you within 4 hours.

*NOTE: This fee covers the time a technical support specialist spends investigating the issue you are experiencing. Although the Support team provides solutions to the majority of support issues, we cannot guarantee that your specific issue will be resolved.
