Setup Services

NetSimplicity offers remote Installation Walkthrough services to simplify setup of more extensive sites, user groups and/or user interface customizations. We will provide consultation and assistance to system administrators in the installation and initial configuration Visual Asset Manager on your chosen server via audio and Web conference.

Training

NetSimplicity provides a remote training option for Visual Asset Manager, provided by Web and audio conference by a NetSimplicity training representative. This session provides up to three hours of training time, sufficient time to cover the agenda and provide a question and answer period at the end.

Support and Maintenance Plan
