- 500 MB of available hard-drive space, variable depending upon anticipated database size.

- Web Server: Microsoft® IIS 5.0/6.0 with Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1, .NET Framework 2.0, and MDAC 2.5 or above.

- Microsoft® SQL Server 2000 or higher (NetSimplicity recommends the Standard Edition or higher; MSDE cannot be used).
- Reports are provided in Crystal Reports format; free viewer is included with VAM Enterprise.
- Business Objects Crystal Reports® 10 (Optional: required for creating and customizing reports for the network client)
- Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services® (Optional: required for viewing, creating, and customizing reports for the Web client)
