Interactive LCD Solution Walk-Through: Step 1 of 5

You can place the Interactive LCD panel either a reception or lobby area, or hang on a wall next to a room. Here you see the main Schedule View of the LCD panel.

From the Schedule View you can instantly see available rooms as well as any reservations currently in the Meeting Room Manager database.

With one touch, you can view room details, see details of existing reservations, or book an available room.

To view an existing reservation you simply touch that reservation. Let's look at Steve Smith's reservation...
